Most corporate secretarial firms in Singapore will incorporate your company, file your annual return, and not much else. We built Stride Risk to be something different.
Our story
Stride Risk was founded by a licensed company secretary with deep experience managing corporate compliance for companies across Singapore, and a senior finance professional with deep relationships across Singapore's investor and corporate community.
We kept seeing the same pattern: founders, many of them from India setting up Singapore entities for fundraising or market access, were getting poor advice or no advice at all from their CSPs. Their structures were wrong. Their documentation was incomplete. And they only found out when it mattered most: at due diligence, or when they needed to repatriate capital.
Stride Risk exists to fix that. We offer the operational rigour of a licensed secretarial firm with the advisory depth of a consulting practice, built specifically for the founders who need both.
